Sarah Bindszus

Sarah Bindszus is a seasoned UX researcher and designer with extensive experience in creating impactful transport and logistics solutions for major stakeholders, including the Volkswagen Group. Currently serving as the Lead UX Researcher at RIO | The Logistics Flow since September 2017, Sarah specializes in user research and the enablement of design methodologies, strategy, and implementation. Prior experience includes roles as Senior UX Researcher & Designer at MAN Truck & Bus SE and Team Manager of UX Design & User Research at FTI Group. Earlier positions involved user experience design in various capacities, including usability testing and interface design for social games. Sarah's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in New Media - Interface Design from Merz Akademie, Hochschule für Gestaltung, Kunst und Medien.
