Cara Robinson

Cara Robinson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mining and mineral sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager for the Global Simplification Program at Rio Tinto since September 2020, Cara has held various leadership roles, including Manager of the Simplification Program and Performance and Value Lead in the Office of the Chief Operating Officer. Prior experience at BHP from December 2013 to September 2020 includes positions such as Principal Strategy and Integrated Planning, Principal Business Planning, and Engineer in both Strategic and Tactical Planning. Cara holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Queensland and dual Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Mining and Mineral Engineering and Civil Engineering from UNSW.
