Jacinthe-Pascale Gratton

Jacinthe-Pascale Gratton serves as the Senior Director of Employee Communications at Rio Tinto since September 2023, contributing to the Senior Leadership Team for the Aluminium Product Group in the Atlantic Region. Previously, Gratton held the position of Director of Internal Communications at RONA from August 2017 to June 2023, managing the Internal Communications and Translation teams. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Communications and Government Relations at Alcoa, where strategic communications and community engagement plans were developed, and Manager of Internal Communications at Holcim (Canada) Inc., focusing on content creation for communication platforms. Additional experience includes consulting at Harbinger Communications and Casacom, and serving as a Coordinator at Benchmark Porter Novelli. Gratton obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from HEC Montréal, a Specialized Graduate Diploma in Communication-marketing from HEC Montréal, and a Certificate in Public Relations from Université de Montréal.
