Namita Sharma

Namita Sharma is an experienced administrative professional with a career encompassing roles in various industries. Currently serving as the Regional Coordinator for Atlantic & RoW at Rio Tinto since March 2016, Namita has also held the position of Executive Assistant to the Head of People Experience and the COO within the same organization. Prior to Rio Tinto, Namita worked as a Practice Assistant at Korn Ferry, providing secretarial support and research for the Global Life Sciences and Private Equity verticals. Namita's earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at DSM, where coordination and support were provided to the Global Team, and as a Senior Confidential Secretary at Eli Lilly India Pvt. Ltd., supporting the Marketing Director. Namita holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Jesus & Mary College, Delhi University.
