Tsiriniaina Tojosoanirina Rabesaotra has extensive experience in project management and operations within the mining industry, having worked at Rio Tinto since March 2008 in various managerial roles, including Manager Développement de Projets and Manager Operations. Key responsibilities have included overseeing mine expansion efforts, ensuring safety and compliance with HSEQ standards, enhancing operational efficiency, and managing stakeholder engagement. Prior to Rio Tinto, Tsiriniaina worked as a Design Engineer at Bergé – SARL, focusing on integrated development projects in Madagascar, and served as Project Manager for a charity association, managing rural electrification and community development initiatives.
