Olivia Swanson is a highly accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the aesthetics and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Sales Director at Rion Aesthetics since July 2024, Olivia previously held various roles at Galderma, including Senior Regional Sales Manager, where notable achievements included coaching and developing multiple Account Managers, launching a new aesthetic injectable during COVID, and leading a top-performing sales region. Olivia’s previous positions also include Strategic Business Manager and Key Account Manager, receiving prestigious awards such as Strategic Business Manager of the Year and Inner Circle Top Award.
