Hollie Downs is a seasoned HR executive with a comprehensive background spanning over two decades in human resources and organizational leadership. As the Senior Vice President of People at Riot Games since May 2019, Hollie has been instrumental in guiding corporate HR functions. Previous roles include Director of HR at Marathon Oil Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR strategy, and Director of Human Capital Consulting at Willis Towers Watson, providing senior-level consultancy in human capital strategies. Hollie's expertise extends to executive compensation and compliance from earlier positions at EOG Resources, CEMEX, and Schlumberger. Hollie began a legal career as an Associate Attorney at Fulbright & Jaworski, advising on regulatory matters, and holds a JD from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Occidental College, along with Leadership Coaching training from Rice Business.
