Canaan Mbawa

Canaan Mbawa serves as the Acting Mine Manager at RioZim Limited Zimbabwe since January 2009, where responsibilities include achieving production targets, managing mining activities, controlling personnel and contractors, ensuring compliance with mine plans, and compiling production reports for performance analysis. Prior experience includes working as a Geological Technician at Zimasco from 2002 to 2007. Canaan Mbawa holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Geography and Environmental Studies from the Zimbabwe Open University (2008-2014) and a National Diploma in Geology/Earth Science from the Zimbabwe School of Mines (1995-1996).
