Bao Phan

Bao Phan has a diverse background in product growth and operations, currently holding the position of Lifecycle Growth for All Products and Product Growth for Global Cloud at Rippling. Previously, Bao served as Chief Of Staff at Inspirit, where additional roles included Growth Lead for Operations and Product. Academic experience includes multiple research assistant positions at Stanford University, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion, along with an Accel Leadership Program Fellowship within the Stanford Technology Ventures Program. Education was completed at Stanford University, earning a degree in Management Science & Engineering with a focus on Business and Managerial Economics, following foundational studies at Saline High School.
