Kathleen Casey

Kathleen Casey is an experienced professional with a strong background in demand generation and marketing. Currently, Kathleen serves as a Demand Generation Associate in the Core HR team at Rippling. Previously, Kathleen held the roles of Demand Generation Manager and Insights Analyst at Motimatic, where significant contributions included the creation of a Confluence hub for best practices and management of TOF marketing initiatives. Kathleen's diverse experience also includes a senior research internship at Guild Education, teaching English Language Arts at the NYC Department of Education, and participation in the Teach For America program. Academically, Kathleen has obtained a Master's degree in Public Policy & Administration from Northwestern University and a Master's degree in Secondary Education from Relay Graduate School of Education, complemented by various certificates in education and Italian studies from prestigious institutions.
