Terese Penna

Terese Penna is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Partner at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden since September 2024. Previously, Terese held the position of HR Business Partner at Lumera from August 2019 to September 2024, where responsibilities included supporting managers on various HR-related issues. Prior to that, Terese worked at Telia Company in multiple roles, including HR Specialist in Occupational Health and Safety, focusing on rehabilitation and safety processes, and as an HR Generalist providing support on HR policies. Terese also has a background in customer service and training, having worked as an instructor at Friskis&Svettis Stockholm and in sales positions at Telia. Terese holds a Bachelor's degree in Work Life Science from Karlstad University, complemented by additional education and training.
