Samantha Field is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in sales, recruitment, and learning and development. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Facilitator at Rise Broadband since May 2023, Samantha has previously worked as a Healthcare Recruiter at PRN Healthcare and Maxim Healthcare Group. Prior experience includes a Sales Manager role at Office Depot, where day-to-day operations and job coaching were key responsibilities, as well as significant achievements as a Sales Supervisor and Team Lead at Best Buy, where leadership and mentorship led to a remarkable turnaround in team performance.
