Vince Mans

Vince Mans has extensive experience in the human services sector, having worked at multiple organizations over several decades. Vince currently serves as an Administrative Specialist at Rise, Inc. since February 1999, where responsibilities have included roles such as CBTE Service Team Leader, Respite Services Manager, Case Manager, and Site Supervisor. Prior to this, Vince held the position of Case Counselor at Opportunity Partners from February 1998 to January 1999 and worked as Primary Support Staff at West River Road Services, Inc. from May 1992 to February 1998. Vince began the career as a Habilitation Counselor at Cooperating Community Programs, Inc. from May 1990 to March 1992. Vince earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
