Retina Turner is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in risk management and information assurance. Currently serving as a Principal and Senior Cybersecurity Specialist at Risk Mitigation Consulting since October 2014, Retina Turner has played a crucial role in conducting risk-based assessments of critical infrastructure and ensuring compliance with DoD policies. Prior experience includes the position of Cybersecurity Manager at Southern Company and significant tenure at Booz Allen Hamilton, where Retina Turner supported the Marine Corps in various cybersecurity roles, including Certification and Accreditation Analyst. A retired Staff Non-Commissioned Officer from the United States Marine Corps, Retina Turner has a strong educational background with a B.S. in Information Systems from Strayer University and an A.A. in Applied Science from Excelsior University.
