RegTech supports FinTech’s and other business to comply with regulations by tackling a specific regulation and enabling business to check box a regulatory requirement, ensuring it has been met by some form of automation. 
RiskTech stands for risk management technology and describes emerging new tech that seeks to improve and automate risk management process.
RiskTech focus not on checking the box and so complying with the regulatory requirement only but rather helps business to manage specific given risk or set of risks wisely on enterprise level.
