David Steinberg

David Steinberg has extensive experience in real estate and development, currently serving as Real Estate Director at Rite Aid since May 2007, overseeing a diverse territory comprising multiple states. Prior to this role, David held the position of Sr Real Estate Manager at Carl's Jr. for one year, focusing on the brand's expansion through both company and franchise avenues. David also contributed to Pennant Foods Corp. as Director of Development from 2001 to 2006, where responsibilities included growth analysis and development program creation for a significant franchisee of Wendy's. Earlier in their career, David was Director of Development at Cimm's, Inc., leading development strategies and tenant contracts for one of the largest independent franchisees in the food service industry. David is an alumnus of California State University, Northridge.
