Kate Silha

Kate Silha is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of HR for the Water Management Global Segment at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions, a position held since March 2017. Prior to this role, Kate served as North America & Global Marketing HR at SC Johnson and spent nearly a decade at Mars, where responsibilities included Vice President of North America People and Organization for the Wrigley NA Business as well as HR Director overseeing U.S., Canadian, and Mexican operations. Earlier experience includes several HR roles at CNH Industrial, where Kate managed HR strategies for North American Research & Development and played a significant role in competency development and organizational change post-merger. Educational qualifications include a BA with Honors in Business and Human Resource Management from Teesside University, a Strategic Senior HR Leadership program at Henley Business School, and an Erasmus placement in International Business at the University of Groningen.
