Kris Cannon-Schmitt

Kris Cannon-Schmitt currently serves as Chief Operations Officer for Rittal North America LLC since August 2022. Prior to this role, Kris held various positions at Kärcher North America Inc. from January 2015 to August 2022, including Vice President of Planning, Distribution & Logistics and VP of Marketing Professional, where responsibilities included executing brand strategy and overseeing marketing communications. Kris has extensive experience at Windsor Industries Inc., where roles included Director of Customer Operations and Plant Manager, focusing on customer experience and supply chain management. Earlier career experience includes positions at Alcoa as IPS Supervisor and TQM Coordinator, and a foundational role as Windsor Business System Manager. Kris earned a BSE in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa and an MBA from St. Ambrose University.
