Michele Santagata

Michele Santagata is an accomplished professional with over 13 years of experience in leading large contact centers and front-end processes within a Fortune 1000 health and wellness company, alongside 5 years in the behavioral health sector as an executive, consultant, and board advisor. As the owner of Santagata Consulting since May 2019, Michele focuses on enhancing patient acquisition through comprehensive evaluations of people, processes, technology, and execution strategies for numerous behavioral health facilities. Additionally, Michele serves as a board advisor for Ritten, contributing expertise on CRM and EHR platforms in the behavioral health space. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Rollover Rep and VP of Admissions/Business Development at Ambrosia Treatment Center, along with various leadership positions at Hair Club and the Boys and Girls Club of Craig. Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida Atlantic University.
