Tanner Kilburn

Tanner Kilburn is a Network Engineer at Ritter Communications since January 2023, previously serving as a Network Analyst III in the VoIP Network Operations Center at Windstream from December 2011 to January 2023. In that role, Tanner maintained voice network equipment and configurations for SIP, PRI, and ISUP customers, and worked in a high-stakes environment focused on maintaining service continuity during overnight maintenance. Tanner's experience also includes positions as Network Analyst II, troubleshooting MPLS and dedicated internet networks, and as a Data Analyst, reviewing customer database records. Tanner holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, where studies were completed at the Sam M.
