Sarah Hardy

Sarah Hardy currently serves as an Assistante commerciale at Ritz Paris, where responsibilities include assisting the commercial and administrative team of the École Ritz Escoffier with coordination and sales. Sarah has extensive experience in retail, holding the position of Responsable de magasin and Vendeuse at Chocolaterie Jacques Genin since December 2015. Additionally, Sarah briefly worked at Maison Albar Hôtels - L'Impérator in mid-2023 and led the Pôle Relations Équipes at EM CUP, an organization focused on inter-university rugby tournaments, from October 2021 to September 2022. Sarah's early career included an internship at Wifirst, where a range of services such as commercial, marketing, and customer service were explored, as well as a practical training stint at MonHôtel Lounge&Spa Paris in June 2016. Sarah is currently pursuing a Master's degree at EM Normandie Business School, with prior education including a Baccalauréat in Sciences physiques from Notre-Dame "Les Oiseaux."
