Bets Lillo

Bets Lillo, NACD.DC, serves as the Director of the Board of Directors for the Dallas/Ft Worth Chapter of NACD North Texas and is an active member of the Programs Committee. Currently, Bets holds directorship roles at River Logic, where responsibilities include serving on the Compensation and Technology Oversight Committees, and as a Board Member at Entara, a recognized women-founded and owned cybersecurity firm. Additionally, Bets acts as an Advisor for Skylark Wireless and previously for // LOOMIA. In academia, Bets is an Executive in Residence and Adjunct Professor at Texas Christian University's M.J. Neeley School of Business, focusing on sustainable business and global supply chain ethics. Prior corporate experience includes significant leadership roles at AbbVie, Abbott Laboratories, AT&T, and IBM, with a proven track record in global operations, efficiency improvements, and mergers and acquisitions. Bets holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BSE in Biomedical Engineering from Purdue University.
