Lawrence S. Raber

Lawrence S. Raber is a director of the Bank and resides in El Macero, California. Mr. Raber is a Certified Public Accountant and retired in early 2017 as an audit partner of Crowe Horwath LLP and its predecessor in Sacramento, Perry-Smith LLP. Mr. Raber joined Perry-Smith in 2000 and had been a partner since 2001. He led Crowe's Northern California Bank Audit practice since the firms merged in 2011. Mr. Raber brings a deep knowledge of financial institutions to the board in the areas of financial management and internal controls and is actively involved in trade groups focusing on the community banking industry. Mr. Raber earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
