Shaun Kelley

Shaun Kelley is an experienced professional in operations and leadership, currently serving as an Operating Partner at The Riverside Company since February 2024. Prior to this role, Kelley was a Board Member at Performance Systems Integration from October 2021 to February 2024 and held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Wind River Environmental from September 2017 to February 2024. Kelley's extensive background includes various senior leadership roles at Iron Mountain from December 2006 to September 2017, including Senior Vice President/General Manager-Shred and Vice President and General Manager. Kelley's career began at Cintas Corp as General Manager from August 1993 to December 2006 and included service as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps from June 1989 to June 1993. Education was completed at Salve Regina University with a Bachelor of Arts in Administration of Justice.
