Erica Morbeck Roberts

Erica Morbeck Roberts is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently a member and attorney at Riverside NW Law Group, PLLC since January 2025, Erica previously served as an attorney at Bennett Bigelow & Leedom, P.S. from October 2022 to December 2024, and as principal and associate at Witherspoon•Kelley from March 2018 to October 2022. Prior experience includes positions as an associate at Floyd, Pflueger & Ringer from June 2014 to February 2018, and law clerk to Justice James Johnson and Chief Justice Barbara Madsen at the Washington State Supreme Court from August 2012 to June 2014, where Erica conducted research and drafted judicial opinions. An extern in the Chambers of Justice Robert Gordon at the First District Illinois Appellate Court and a summer law clerk at the Institute for Justice further underscore Erica’s legal expertise. Erica earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Chicago Law School in 2012 and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Willamette University in 2008.
