Iga Kowalska-Owen is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal and external communications across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications at Riverside since July 2023, Iga previously worked as a Communications Consultant at Onward Consulting Ltd and held multiple managerial roles at renowned organizations such as Brabners, Co-op, and Unilever, where strategic communication initiatives were developed and successfully executed. With a strong educational background in Journalism and Communication, as well as Marketing and Management from Jagiellonian University, Iga has demonstrated expertise in enhancing employee engagement, managing diverse teams, and generating impactful media coverage throughout a progressive career spanning over 15 years.
