Darrell Heard

Darrell Heard is a skilled professional with extensive experience in various roles within healthcare and social services. Currently serving as Regional Success Advocate for CareRev since October 2022, previously held positions at Carbon Health as Extended Care Specialist and Patient Care Navigator. Prior to that, Darrell worked as Employment Coordinator/Inclusion Specialist at Service Alternatives, Inc., and held dual roles as Information & Outreach Coordinator/Access Worker and Referral Specialist at LifeWays Community Mental Health and Community Action Agency, respectively. Additional experience includes working with at-risk youth at Sequel Youth and Family Services and Starr Commonwealth. Darrell holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Central Michigan University.
