Ruurd van Elburg

Ruurd Van Elburg serves as an Advisor for the Neonatal Bloodspot screening program at RIVM National Institute for Public Health and the Environment and holds educational roles at Hogeschool Leiden and HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, focusing on Master's programs in Advanced Nursing Science and Advanced Nursing Practice, respectively.
