Ritesh Thakkar

Ritesh Thakkar is a seasoned professional in the field of design verification with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Design Verification Lead at Rivos Inc. since August 2024, Ritesh is focused on the Data Parallel Accelerator, optimized for AI applications. Previously, Ritesh held the position of Principal Member of Technical Staff and Senior Manager at AMD, where leadership was provided for Pre-Si verification teams on various Infinity Fabric IP projects. Prior to AMD, Ritesh spent significant time at Intel Corporation, progressing from Senior ASIC Verification Engineer to Senior SOC Design Engineering Manager, leading teams in integration and verification of advanced processor designs. Ritesh's career began with roles at Genesis Microchip, eInfochips Inc., and several other technology firms, with a solid academic foundation from Dharmsinh Desai University in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
