Ernesto Galaz currently serves as the Multi-Site Director of Manufacturing for North America at Rivulis Irrigation since December 2021. Previously, Ernesto held various roles at Bose Corporation from May 2007 to February 2022, focusing on Manufacturing Excellence and overseeing joint development and manufacturing efforts to foster a culture of Continuous Improvement. With earlier positions including Plant Manager, Process Quality Engineering Manager, and Operations Manager at companies such as International Rectifier and ON Semiconductor, Ernesto has a robust background in manufacturing and engineering. Ernesto's educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering, specializing in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
