Katie Palmer

Katie Palmer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katie started their career as an Intern at RJ Young in June 2018 before transitioning into the role of a Customer Care Agent in June 2018. Katie then worked as an Inbound Sales Specialist / Front Desk Receptionist from May 2019 to August 2019. In August 2019, Katie became a Major Accounts Project Specialist at RJ Young and held the position until January 2020. Katie then served as an Enterprise Services Project Specialist from January 2020 to February 2021. From February 2021 to January 2023, Katie worked as an Enterprise Services Specialist. Currently, they hold the role of a Major Accounts Post-Sales Administrator at RJ Young starting from February 2023.

Prior to their tenure at RJ Young, Katie worked as a Library Student Assistant at Austin Peay State University from August 2015 to May 2019.
