Joe Zappala

Joe Zappala is an experienced business development leader currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at RKON, Inc. since January 2020. Prior to this role, Joe held a similar position at Performance Improvement Partners, LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing business development until the company's acquisition in January 2020. Joe's previous experience includes leadership roles at Threat Stack, Inc. and Cisco Systems, as well as a background in finance with Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. Joe also has a unique history in professional hockey, having played in the LA Kings minor league system and professionally in Europe, alongside serving as a player representative during the 2008 Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations. Joe Zappala holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Yale University.
