Mary Joselyn Quenaya

Mary Joselyn Quenaya is a finance professional with extensive experience in accounting roles. Currently serving as a Property Staff Accountant at RKW Residential since October 2023, Mary has previously worked at ZRS Management as both a Corporate Accountant and Property Accountant from January 2022 to October 2023. Prior experience includes a Client Accountant position at Cushman & Wakefield, and a Business Administrator Intern role at Carmona Law, P.A. Additionally, Mary held positions as an Admissions Assistant at Seminole State College of Florida and completed various roles at Avatar Solutions, including Transcription and Phone Survey Specialist. Mary earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida and an Associate's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Seminole State College of Florida. Mary's educational background includes graduating from Lake Mary High School in 2010.
