Matthew Jenkins

Matthew Jenkins is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operations, strategic planning, and vendor management. Currently serving as President of RL Controls, LLC since September 2016, Matthew has successfully positioned the company at the forefront of the industry while overseeing day-to-day operations and driving growth initiatives. Previous roles include Vice President of Operations and Business Development and Director of Growth and Implementation at the same company, where Matthew contributed significantly to strategic planning and operational efficiency. Prior to RL Controls, Matthew held key positions at Harris RF Communications, including Commodity Manager for Strategic Sourcing and Strategic Commodity Manager for Electronic Components, where efforts focused on cost reduction and supplier relationship development. Matthew's career also includes management roles with the City of Rochester, Johnson & Johnson, and Ferguson Enterprises, complemented by military service in the United States Marine Corps. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Syracuse University.
