Allie Carlson

Allie Carlson, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and event management. Currently serving as a Human Resource Generalist and Recruiting Coordinator at RLC Engineering since October 2019, Allie focuses on the recruitment of new employees and the implementation of effective recruiting strategies. Previously, Allie held the role of Catering Manager at Sebasco Harbor Resort from February 2019 to October 2019, where responsibilities included planning and coordinating various events. Allie's career in human resources began at RLC Engineering as a Temporary Human Resources Assistant, managing financial reconciliation and new employee orientation from July 2018 to February 2019. Allie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 2014 to 2018.
