Joanne Hardy

Joanne Hardy is an experienced professional in innovation and product management, currently serving as the Director of Innovation at RM plc since April 2021. Prior to this role, Joanne held the position of Head of Basic Skills at Cosy Direct from 2018 to April 2021, and spent over a decade at TTS Group Ltd, where responsibilities included Head of NPD and Senior Product Manager for Primary Maths.
