Rafael Masters

Rafael Masters is an experienced professional in the fields of education and business management, currently serving as an Industry Advisory Board Member for RMIT University Vietnam since November 2018, where contributions focus on course and skillset development from a tech startup perspective. As Principal CEO and Cofounder of Vulcan Augmetics since August 2017, Rafael leads efforts to create affordable, modular prosthetics designed to enhance user functionality. Prior roles include Academic Development Manager and Academic Quality Manager at I-CLC, and Academic Manager at ConnectTeach, with responsibilities spanning recruitment, teaching, training, and business development. Rafael holds an MBA from Maastricht University and a BA in Philosophy from the University of East Anglia, further enhanced by a CELTA qualification.
