Youna K. is a Senior Manager in Gender Based Violence Prevention at RMIT University, overseeing the operational delivery of gender-based violence prevention initiatives since December 2024. Youna serves on the Board of Directors and acts as Secretary for Lucy's Project, focusing on improving outcomes for individuals affected by domestic violence and animal abuse. Previously, Youna held multiple program management roles at Better Health Network, delivering services across various funding streams and implementing organizational change to align with frameworks such as MARAM and ISS. Youna has an extensive background in family violence advocacy, education, and business development through leadership roles at Eastern Domestic Violence Service and Box Hill Institute. With advanced degrees including an MBA in Women in Leadership and an MSW, Youna K. combines expertise in social work, community services, and business development to contribute to policies and practices aimed at enhancing client outcomes and preventing violence.
