Josh Scotia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience, sales, and real estate transactions. Currently serving as a Mortgage Assumption Consultant at Roam since October 2023, Josh guides clients through significant life transitions related to home buying and selling. Prior to Roam, Josh held roles at Doorvest as a Senior Account Executive, focusing on democratizing access to real estate investment, and at Offerpad as a Transaction Manager overseeing the home selling process. Josh’s career also includes significant positions at Opendoor, Metromile, Grand Canyon University, University of Phoenix, The Buckle, Inc., Trucker Clothing Co., and California State University, Chico, showcasing a strong foundation in customer service, sales management, and education. Josh holds a Master's degree in Business Leadership from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree in History from California State University, Chico.
