Alícia Casals

Alicia's field of research is in robotic systems, assistance and surgical applications. She directs the Robotics and Vision Group at the Centre for Research in Biomedical Engineering (CREB-UPC). She is currently chair of the IEEE-EMBS Biorobotics Committee and of the Science and Technology Section of the Institute for Catalan Studies.
