Hortensia Ruiz

Hortensia Ruiz, MBA, serves as the Executive Technology Consultant - VP of Technology at Robert Half, overseeing multinational IT landscapes since July 2023. Previously, as VP Head of Information Technology at Zevia, Hortensia established the first internal IT department and developed critical security protocols. At STX Entertainment, leadership in IT Infrastructure & Security involved managing IT operations during an international merger. Experience at Harbor Freight Tools included restructuring the IT Infrastructure Department, while at AmeriHome Mortgage Company, strategic direction for IT growth was defined. Earlier roles encompassed senior positions in network services and technical support with notable organizations including the City of Culver City and the United States Air Force.
