Kacey Jones

Kacey Jones is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in organizational development and employee training, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Robert Half since November 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Banana Republic and as Manager of Organizational Development at Simpson Strong-Tie, where Kacey designed and implemented development strategies across North America. Earlier roles also include Training Project Manager and Internal Audit Coordinator, showcasing a solid foundation in training program development and audit management. Kacey holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources/Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from UC Santa Barbara, alongside involvement as a Board Member for Eden I & R from 2012 to 2016.
