Sam Bray

Sam Bray is a highly experienced professional in quantity surveying, currently serving as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Robertson Group since May 2022. Prior to this role, Sam held the position of Project Quantity Surveyor at Wates Group from January 2020, and previously worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Sir Robert McAlpine from October 2017 to January 2020. Sam has extensive experience with Wates Group, having also served as a Quantity Surveyor from October 2007 to October 2017. The career began as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor at Cookson Homes from November 2005 to September 2007. Educationally, Sam Bray earned a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Quantity Surveying from Leeds Metropolitan University, completing the degree in 2011.
