Mark Cartwright

Mark Cartwright is a Principal Consultant at Robiquity since May 2017, where responsibilities include driving the robotic software revolution and providing training solutions through the Process Automation Academy. Prior to this, Mark held the position of Blue Prism Developer at Capita from February 2013 to May 2017, focusing on developing RPA processes and managing a portfolio of virtual robots, achieving significant cost savings and improved customer satisfaction. Mark began a telecommunications career at BT Mobile as a Customer Service Phone Advisor from January 1999 to April 2001 and held various roles at O2 (Telefónica UK) from April 2001 to February 2013, including Credit Compliance Analyst and Retail Channel Support Advisor. Mark's early work experience includes a position as a Shop Floor Assistant at Booker Wholesale Foods Ltd. from July 1996 to January 1999. Mark graduated from Hanson Upper School in 1996.
