Nadeem Pasha has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Head at Robosoft Technologies since April 2021. Prior to this role, Nadeem held leadership positions in talent acquisition at Inspirage and Allegis Group, focusing on innovative solutions and client-centric recruitment strategies. Nadeem also has significant experience from positions at Mindtree, Huawei Technologies India Pvt Ltd., Oracle India Private Limited, and earlier roles in HR and e-marketing at Winlabs Group Technologies and Global Integrated Software Solution India. Nadeem's educational background includes a PGDBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University.
