Evan Hakimi is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in real estate lending and investment banking. Currently serving as the Director of Loan Origination at Roc Capital since June 2019, Evan specializes in providing financing solutions for Fix & Flip, Single Family Rental portfolios, and multifamily properties. Previous roles include Vice President at Morgan Stanley in the Commercial Real Estate Finance Group, Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co. focusing on multifamily and mixed-use financing, and Associate in the Merchant Banking Group at BNP Paribas, where Evan worked on leveraged finance transactions.
