Jisset Pena is a seasoned professional in talent management and athlete representation with extensive experience in the sports industry. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management and Athlete Manager at Roc Nation since August 2015, Jisset specializes in managing NBA and NFL athletes. Prior experience includes roles as Personal Assistant and Business Coordinator to NBA player Deron Williams at On Point Promotions, where responsibilities encompassed logistics, event planning, and managing brand partnerships. Additionally, Jisset served as Foundation Director for Deron Williams' Point of Hope Foundation, focusing on event execution, media relations, and digital content creation.
