Ruud Wildschut

Ruud Wildschut is an experienced educator, trainer, and coach with a diverse background in various sectors. Currently serving as a docent with coordinating responsibilities at ROC Nijmegen, Ruud teaches multiple subjects within the legal team and fulfills roles such as LOB-er and BPV-coördinator while participating in several projects that enhance student engagement. As the founder of Wildschut Trainen Coachen Advies, Ruud specializes in performance improvement strategies for service-oriented organizations. Previous experience includes teaching positions at Cosmo, coaching youth financial literacy at Stichting Leven en Financiën, and managerial roles in marketing and sales across multiple organizations, including Unit4 and ARAG. Ruud holds multiple coaching and training certifications and a bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Inholland University.
