Lauren Gilbert

Lauren Gilbert, Ed.D. currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Arly and the Sperling Center for Research and Innovation, and has held this position since October 2021 and October 2020, respectively. Gilbert's leadership experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer of BellXcel since July 2017 and as President and Chief Strategy Officer at BELL (Building Educated Leaders for Life) from September 2011 to February 2017. Gilbert has also contributed to the education sector as Assistant Superintendent for Student Services at Natick Public Schools from 2003 to 2011. In addition to these roles, Gilbert is an Advisory Board Member at The Bridgespan Group since November 2017 and a Board Member at Roca, Inc. since October 2020. Educational background includes a Doctor of Education from Boston College, a Bachelor of Science from The University of New Mexico, and studies in Social Enterprise at Harvard Business School.
