Timothy Sears

Timothy Sears, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Youth Worker at Roca, Inc., engaging high-risk young men through outreach and coaching utilizing Rewire (CBT) Concepts to foster emotional awareness and regulation. Previous roles include Service & Justice Graduate Assistant at Providence College, where support was provided for student programs and social justice initiatives, as well as a Youth Worker Intern at Roca, Inc., focusing on relationships and economic independence for young adults. Timothy's diverse experience encompasses career coordination, finance department internship, and service advocacy with organizations such as the Alzheimer’s Association® and Dvinci Energy. Timothy holds a Master of Business Administration from Providence College and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Philosophy from the same institution, complemented by international educational exposure at the University of Sydney.
